12 days baby having Nausea & Vomiting
Hi, My 12 days old baby having nausea & Vomiting little bit. But baby is feeding well and passing both urine & motion. One of my friend suggested Bonnisan Syrup where his baby had a same issue. Kindly suggest me whether we can give that Syrup and dosage details.

It is vomiting of little amount of curds which is normal and physiological. Vomiting milk in large quantities is alarming and requires medication. Hope this helps.
