115/90 labetalol 100mg twice is safe?
Hi, I'm 31 week pregnant, yesterday 3PM on routine check with Gynae BP was showing 145/94.. My gynae asked me to immediately take 1 tablet Labetalol 100mg. Prescribed Labetalol 100mg twice daily. Night around 10:30PM after taking the second dose of 100mg my BP I checked at home 145/90.
Today morning when I woke up at 8AM BP is 115/90... Not yet taken morning dose. Is it safe to take Labetalol 100mg x 2 times? Or shall I wait and keep monitoring??? Please suggest and reply in detail... 115/90 is normal? Im worried if I take 100mg will it cause low BP problem btw I never had low BP problem.
