Hi, I'm 31 week pregnant, day before yesterday 3PM on routine check with Gynae BP was showing 145/94.. My gynae asked me to immediately take 1 tablet Labetalol 100mg. Prescribed Labetalol 100mg twice daily. Night around 10:30PM after taking the second dose of 100mg my BP I checked at home 145/90. Yesterday morning when I woke up at 8AM BP is 115/90...  And evening it's around 125/90. Today morning when woke up it's 125/89. 1) Diastolic 90 is it very high and point of concern? 2) Do I need to take complete bed rest or walking will help? 3) How to lower Diastolic BP? 4) Is it safe to take Dexona 6mg x 4 injections 12th hourly at this moment? Will it cause jump up BP or induce preterm birth? MY BABy weight is 1440 kg now. Im taking rich and high protein diet with lot of Paneer, Milk, Dry fruits and lot of fruits and water... Pls 🙏 reply in detail I need your valuable response. This will help me please...
