I have completed 11 weeks of pregnancy it's an natural conception. From 2 days I observed clear watery discharge with no foul smell. I'm worried what is it and if anything worriesome.

It would be my advice to visit a gynaecologist for for speculum examination and for further management. It could be nothing or it could be infection which cannot be ruled out only on the basis of your history.
