My daughter is 11 months, and for the past 2 days she is passing tight poop and when she poops she starts crying. Since two days only we started giving her cerelac once a day. But she is drinking sufficient water and milk, she is not having problem with eating. What should we do to make her poop soft? And other precautions?

If you have given milk and fluids, you have done well as a parent.
You can start child on high fiber feeds like oats and give her apples and bananas. If the constipation is cause by cerelac, stop that formula. Give her chapati, dal, rice. You may add ghee to these to fortify them.
Rub your child's belly in clockwise direction.
Give some times of 1-2 days for constipation to settle.
