103F fever ear congestion

Asked for Female, 1 Years

My daughter is suffering from 103f fever off and on she is also has ear congestion and passing loose stools from 2 days,she is on medication of calpol,meftal p,agumentim duo,entrogermina for loose stools along with sinarest and linzol kindly tell me how long does she need get fine from the ear congestion worried as giving her lot of medications.

Already antibiotic is started. At least 4 doses should be given to come down fever and other symptoms. So it will take 2 days time minimum. For ear pain give ear drops prescribed by your doctor. Loose stools also takes 3 days time to come down.
