1 year old baby girl has cold and cough
Previously never much used medicines for cold for my girl. I always used saline drops . As we are travelling her cold started since two days and could not sleep along with cough. I have Alex junior, can I give her or please suggest any medicine. Her weight is 12kg.

Mostly not needed but as you say you are traveling and you may not have the means to manage her cold that you have at home, you may give it to her as 2.5 ml at night so that she can sleep well . Although very often used but these drugs are best avoided in smaller children
