I am suffering from acute sciatica (3 nerve blockages) and my ANA result came out to be weak positive with an estimated titre of 1:100 in speckled pattern. (Homogeneous nucleus pattern). What could be the possible diagnosis? Do I have RA?

Only low back ache / sciatica doesn't match the diagnosis towards RA.if u have other associated joint pains and early morning stiffness then u can suspect RA. If the issue is only related to back then get xray done first and based on which we can plan treatment Accordingly.
Next Steps
Get CBP,ESR, CRP, RA factor,Sr.uric Acid investigations done if u have other joint pains mainly wrist, hands.
Health Tips
if u are giving blood tests don't take any painkillers before.
