+ve stress test suggestive of ischemia
I underwent tmt , and it was positive ( depression upsloping ) with dts 5 ,13.4 METS ( rest of the remarks in tmt was normal ). Ecg normal , Chest xray normal . Total cholesterol 177 ( HDL 66 , ldl 96.8 , triglyceride 71 ), hemoglobin was 18.4 Is it too serious? My HR at rest was 122 as I have walked heavily before tmt was done. Can this be the reason for positive tmt? Attaching pictures of my tmt.

Rapid upsloping is a negative Tmt so if u don’t have risk factors no worry if you are still worried do a ct calcium score but not that required for your age of you don’t have family history take that Tmt to a cardiologist and take advice
