there are many things that could cause black spots on face like birth Mark, mole, sun burn, allergic rash or post burn... consult dermatologist... to examine...
Drink excess of water to hydrate your body , add more of fruits in your diet, keep face dry, use mild soaps , always use sunscreen when you go out, ,,,
