i am suffering for this infection from almost a week...i am taking medicine which my family docter gave me...but still suffering from lose motion, fever , stomach pain, cant sleep properply at night. is their any different kind of infection amd should i get tested.

You should get tested for your condition. A stool routine and culture will help along with a basic blood workup. Treatment would be based on the reports
