I have -0.5 power in both my eyes with 90 degree angle. What does it mean? How to do care for the same? How it can be corrected?

hey, it its difficult in seeing near objects at 90 degree, can be corrected by correctivr lens, spectacles, and even surgery are there called LASIK ,lasek,others, consult opthalmologist
