At your age, improper posture while sitting and while bending forward is probably the most common cause of backache. Try the following: *Hot water bag (10 minutes twice a day) *After applying hot water bag apply Nobel Gel (if you are not allergic to it) *Tab Ace Proxyvon (half tablet three times a day after eating something for 5 days) (if you are not allergic to it and if you are not a diabetic) *Start Suryanamaskar (this is one of the most important part of treatment!!) *Avoid sitting for more than 15 minutes at a time. Sit for 15 minutes, get up for one minute, then sit again. Don't sit continuously! *Always sit on the edge of a chair/stool/sofa. It will help you sit erect automatically. Do not take back support! *Avoid bending forward with your knees straight. Fold your knees and then bend forward. *Avoid sitting on soft sofas. *Avoid riding bike/car as much as possible (till the time your pain is present)
Next Steps
If the above steps do not help, please see an Orthopaedic surgeon.
