I recently completed the 3-month ONP (Optimum Nutrition Protocol) program, and honestly, it’s been a wonderful experience. More than just helping me lose weight, this program completely changed the way I think about food.

I opted for Varsha’s 2 month program with a goal of weight-loss and improving food habits. The experience helped me understand my body’s needs and how I can gain them from different foods. The protocol provided was catered to my tastes and thus made it easier to adapt to the change. I was happy especially with the realistic approach of not avoiding foods but rather learning how to balance them to better benefit me.

I've been living with IBD since 2014. It's been close to 10 years and I wasn't able to find out my comfort food which could help me during flare ups. Because of this, my condition too got very bad and I wasn't able to step out of my home for the past three years. After going through all these I came to a conclusion that it's not just the medicine but the food and the lifestyle change which would actually improve my condition. After going through lots of blogs and interactions with various nutritionist/dietician, they were not aware about how to work with people having conditions like IBD. Through podcasts and various searches I came across ONP led by MS. Varsha Easwaran and her team. Had a conversation with her and explained my condition clearly. Out of all the other people I have contacted regarding my problem, she was the one who had a better idea about the disease first and then my condition. Having heard from various health influencers who suggested eating vegetables which were being imported to our country, she was one of the very few people who asked me to take the native vegetables. That's when I had the trust over her approach and signed up for a 4 month program. Being affected by IBD it's very difficult to gain weight once it's lost drastically. In the past 4 months I gained close to 8kg which is an achievement with people having IBD and that too with normal diet regime with whichever is available and no weight gain supplements. Now I have a rough idea about how to behave during a flare up in terms of food and mindfulness.

I would like to thank Varsha and her teams support for their guidance in my health journey in the last 2 months. I had a goal of reducing my weight and reducing my sugar, cholesterol levels and I'm very happy that the results came out very well in all my stated goals. I now feel more energetic than what I was couple of months back. Your nutrition program is going to be my daily guide from now on.
