I started off with half mind.. Didn't get convinced with the good chart given by wootu. I challenged them that it won't be sufficient for me. They advised me to try and let them know..That was a good start. I was very conscious the whole day, really monitored the whole day..And was not hungry at all.ofcourse I didn't expect that..So got the mind set to continue. Tried the whole week and checked my weight..There was a 1kg weight loss but I denied to accept as it may be the water loss..it went on..for 3 weeks by then I lost 3 kgs. Then I sstarted to trust the diet..by the end of 5 weeks I was down by 6 kgs. I was stunned..Couldn't believe my eyes. i am Raghavan, 57 years. 6 years ago my weight was 79 kgs and after doing many things on my own, i managed to come down to 76 ks after 6 years.

They also said that under our plan, we would receive regular and weekly follow up calls from the assigned dieititian Ms.Sujetha, weekly detox plans , links to exercises. I still receive very frequent follow up calls . My wife calls her whenever there is a clarification on the recipe .

And Ms. Sujetha has been very prompt to send me my weekly detox plans and even additional travel plans when I happened to travel recently.

We chose the 2nd plan with a weekly detox plan, follow up calls from the assigned dietician, Ms.Sujetha.

One of the cleints had mentioned in his review that he lost 10 kgs in a month, which i could not believe as i had lost only 3 kgs over 6 years.

Anyway i just wished to lose some kgs and believe me, I weighed 75.9 kgs on day one, when i started the program.

I initially approached Wootu to get their opinion whether on I can follow Keto or Paleo diet in order to reduce my weight... I had a medical conditions such as fatty liver and non functional gal bladder... So I had my own apprehension on following a diet which suggests to eat high fat food... I had nearly 2 rounds of consultation session with them... Finally I choosen a package in which I get diet plan for 3 months and detox kit for 3 months... What that diet did is a miracle... Though I'm obese from my childhood after 2015 my weight crossed 100 and I was 114 kg when I went to the consultation... After following this diet for 3 months now I'm 99... I'm seeing double digit after 4 years... In this diet they slowly reduce carbs and increase the fat... This helps mainly for fat burning, level you inusilin resistance which is the main culprit for weight gain even if you are eating less... While I was giving up on my health and weight issues is when my husband suggested me to visit Dr Preeti Rajan after reading the reviews about her on Practo. Meeting her was an eye-opener to alot of things while I was in the impression that I was doing them rightly. All this while I thought I had only thyroid issues but also realised my nutrition and my vitamins in my body weren't in place too. I was all messed up big time. I was obese and on the higher side.

She evaluated me wisely and put me on a healthy No carb diet plan and to a personalised dietician.

Right, most of us have this idea that the diets given my nutritionist and dietician are foods that are difficult to prepare and expensive. Well, you all got it wrong this time . I was assigned to a dietician named Jerlin. She was through my thick and thin of this diet. The month while I started the diet, it was a challenge coz I was travelling and Jerlin was of constant help to me to ensure that I coped with the diet through my travelling and also ensured I had locally available foods. She took into consideration of every detail of my food plan, my likes, dislikes, the cuisines I preferred, in the time spent in the preparation of my meals and ensured my hunger panks to be taken care too.

In my first month I lost 4kgs, guys I never saw myself losing 4kgs in a month for decade in my life. And in my second month my inches shrunk and I was an XL size prior starting the diet now I comfortably fit into L size clothes. This is on my physical improvements, but I must add on these improvements too, coz they also play a vital role towards healthy living. My stress levels, sleep, energy, stamina, confidence and my mental state of mind improved. Yes, this was complete package.
