I visited Nutritionist Gomathy Gowthaman on January 19,2026. From the very first consultation, she took time to fully understand my existing health condition, eating habits, sleep patterns, work schedule, and workout routine. Her approach was practical, personalized, and realistic.
She provided a structured diet plan from January 19 to February 2, which was easy to follow and closely aligned with our regular food habits. There were no drastic changes in eating habits
or impossible targets, which made the transition smooth and sustainable. She works phase by phase, ensuring steady progress without stress or difficulty.
Within this short period, my weight reduced from 105 kg to 102 kg, which itself reflects the effectiveness of her guidance. More importantly, the plan was disciplined yet comfortable, even with my demanding professional schedule.
As an Assistant Commissioner of Police, maintaining health alongside an irregular and high-pressure work routine is challenging. Her plan fit well into my lifestyle and helped me stay consistent without compromising my duties.

I am living in UAE, I joined Weight loss Diet plan on 19.Jan.2026 as of today 06.03.2026 I reduced 11kgs without any Exercise.
Now i started 4th diet chart along with walking. Ms.Gomathy analyze the lifestyle , accordingly she provided the diet chart, stick to the diet chart helped me to reduce 11kg within short span of time

I weighed 95.2 kgs when I first consulted Ms Gomathy Gowthaman and opted for the 7 kgs weight reduction plan. She spent quality time understanding my weight issue/other medical treatment that I was undergoing before coming up with a very detailed diet plan.
The plan was scheduled from 10-11-2025 with a follow-up visit on 29-11-2025. I had a 4 day outstation travel where I could not properly adhere to the diet plan and the persistent rains due to the cyclone event prevented me from walking my minimum distance of 10 kms per day for 13 days between 10-11-2025 and 29-11-2025.
As a result, I had my follow-up visit rescheduled for 8-12-2025 so that I followed the recommended diet plan for the days I missed out to give a true picture of my effort and the effectiveness of the diet plan. When my weight was checked, I weighed 89.9 kgs which meant that I had lost more than 5 kgs in less than a month though I did not walk 10 kms everyday for half of the diet period.
The diet plan recommended was very easy to adapt to and it greatly helped to manage my appetite and hunger pangs. I was walking 10 kms everyday for more than a month before I consulted Ms Gomathy but because I had no control over my appetite/eating habits, I was overeating and lost less than 1 kg after all the hard work that I put in.
Physical exercise whether it is walking, jogging, swimming or going to the gym does not get you good/desired weight loss unless it is complemented with a regulated diet plan.
My overall interactions and experience with Ms Gomathy Gowthaman, her treatment (diet plan) and the results achieved have been excellent and losing 5 kgs in a month was way beyond my wildest imaginations/expectations.
But please remember that the diet plan and it's effectiveness is totally dependent on how sincere you are in following it. Also, every person, their physique and body metabolism is different so please don't expect overnight miracles or drastic weight reduction in a very short span of time.
Please adhere to the recommended diet plan to the best of your ability and you will definitely see good results. It need not be a 5 kgs reduction in the first month but even if you manage to lose 2-3 kgs, it will be a big morale booster and push you to achieve even better results in terms of weight reduction.

It's an awesome journey. Loved Gomati mam 's diet plan. We just need to make few changes in our regular diet , mam too suggests recipes. I strictly followed her diet plan and when weight started reducing, I felt easiness in my body, my leg pain considerably reduced . Have immense gratitude towards Gomati mam , but for her I wouldn't be enjoying pain-free days.
