Ms. Anitha D says "With the aim to contribute effectively in the field of mental health, I got qualified with a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore. I strongly believe in the importance of Mental Health for an individual’s holistic well-being.In my practice, I take an eclectic approach to help my clients untangle their life problems rooted in Thoughts, Behaviors, and Emotions. Some of the Therapeutic models I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy I offer therapy for Individuals above 21 years of age. I primarily work with individuals battling with overthinking, self-esteem/self-confidence issues, mild anxiety and mild depression."
