Dear Dr, Yesterday was my 1st visit. Am 68 yrs. I came to your clinic at Nanganallur by 5.40 pm. Attended after 10 mins and given a form. Within 20 mins my consultation got over by duty Dr..she asked me take xray it took another half hr. After xray it was long wait to see Dr. ....she laterexplained in detail abt wat needs to be done to wisdom tooth. I came out then waited for prescription and xray. I was given only prescription and machine was blamed for xray printout. There were hardly 5 or 6 patients yesterday evening. By the time I left your clinic it was 8.20 pm. ********** They said xray will be sent by wats app. I have not received any. The three support ladies are continuously chatting rather than sending off patients. I am frm Madipakkam. In between there are several dental clinics. I came all the way as I was recommended by someone . First experience not good. Kindly improve. Pls send my xray
