She underwent advanced training in Interventional Pulmonology in Malaysia, specialized training in bronchoscopy and thoracoscopy at CMC Vellore, and completed focused training in sleep medicine and polysomnography at Nithra Institute of Sleep Medicine and Sciences, Chennai.
Dr. Vidhya Priya.S has wide-ranging expertise in managing asthma, COPD, interstitial lung disease, tuberculosis, respiratory allergies, lung infections, and sleep apnea. Her core strengths include advanced bronchoscopy, airway stenting, thoracoscopy, and pleural procedures.
She also played a pivotal role in establishing the Department of Respiratory Medicine at Sir Ivan Stedeford Hospital, Chennai, reflecting her leadership and commitment to advancing respiratory care services.
