*The receptionist guided me through and through to the clinic, without any hurry or hesitation.

* got to meet the doctor within few minutes.

*doctor prescribes very few necessary meds unlike most doctors, so my daughter drinks the meds without any fuss.

*doctor listen to all our queries calmly and explain the cause and medication clearly.

*very friendly with the kid and very persuasive that my daughter who creates Caos when it comes to meds actually takes them without any problem, only had 4 doses and she is already feeling much better and hopefully can go to school by tomorrow.

*medicines are available in the pharmacy within the clinic, and even that the receptionist brings to the desk herself, so you can even come alone with a child and no need to bring someone along for help.

*very efficient doctor and best serving staff, finally found a pediatrician best suited for my child's needs, to be honest I was little sceptic by some bad reviews about staff, but carried on only because of the doctors experience and review about the doctor, and I'm happy I did.

Almost for a year, we are consulting this doctor for our kid..she is very friendly, explaining about treatment very well and also have excellent experience for all type of childrens treatment.. but few other issues we may face, in reception we may not get proper response.. (I guess now it's being resolved.) On September 24 we faced some bad experience there. In that inside medical shop sales girl speak more rediculas and rude asking exact change also not allow to put card.. then we return the medicine and bought outside medical. If neglect these issues we get excellent experience with that doctor..

The doctor is excellent and the way she treats, examines & explains provides such a relief to parents

However, we faced discomfort regarding the infrastructure facility & support staff (reception). My DS needed a diaper change in the clinic and when asked if there is a room, the reception staff was hesitant (not sure why), they provided one room which had Zero furniture so had to lay my baby on floor and do the needful. After change when we were about to throw the used diaper in dustbin, the staff rudely restricted us from throwing it in dustbin (not sure what other purpose a dustbin would serve) and asked us to throw it out on road (Swach bharath abhyaan gone for a toss)!!

So my verdict it, doctor is good but need lot of improvement towards support staff and facility to patients i.e. changing room or feeding room as these are mandatory for a clinic

Doctor is very calm & nice with smily face which will actually relief worried mother tension. She gives explanation very clearly. I went with my 3 month old son having cold, nice part she didn't prescribe any medicine except nasal drop which actually I like it. Without asking anything she clarified about my son's head shape, throat sound during feeding & burping procedure with simple techniques. About clinic, it is no doubt neat & clean but the day we visited no fan & ac working where we were waiting in these hot summer. Interesting part, car can be park just outside the clinic. Overall I am very happy with doctor's way of explanation more over her treatment suiting my son which is very important.

*** ****** ** **** ************* *** explains things in very simple way for anyone to understand. was a pleasant experience.. The best part was she speaks fluent Telugu and I was not required to translate the conversations between her and my wife 😊

Doctor was very patient, tool time to understand the health issue and then explained the condition and cleared our doubts. She didn't want to give high dosage medicines for my daughter (5 yrs old) and also explained that it will take time for recovery and explained what diet is to be followed.

I visited Dr Swapna for my kid's health and vaccination. She listened aptly to my queries and advised regarding the same . She explained every vaccine including its cost which was helpful to us . I found her approachable and glad that I found her in my vicinity itself!

My Yesterday's experience with the doctor was completely disappointed. She did not even look at the problem. after reaching home from the clinic my Son experienced breathing difficulties and went for emergency treatment immediately to another hospital.

I have taken my grandson who is one year old for treatment. Very courteous, well explained, **** ********* *** ********* Apart from the problem , the doctor voluntarily asked a lot of questions about the child growing activities and suggested **** **** medicines.

Doctor is good. Treatment is definitly good.But i got appointment for 6.30pm but waited 1 hour till the doctor arrive. It might seem like normal waiting hour but with a child below 1 year, i specifically took appointment at that hour so his supper and sleeping time would not get disturbed. But with this waiting my son got grumpy and all.
