Dr. D.Y. Raj Prakash

I had an appointment with the doctor Dr. D.Y. Raj Prakash. Since we are in lock down period, I booked a video consultation. The doctor inquired about my ear pain, gave explanation on why I had it. He asked me to send few snaps of the ear and within five minutes, i had my prescription. Within 2 doses of medicine and ear drops, my pain has come down to 50%. I am writing this after taking two days of medicines where my pain has reduced substantially. Hope to recover fully in days to come. Thank you Doctor.

I had severely inflammed tonsils and wanted to see an ENT. I had consulted a few ENTs thru practo before but wanted to try Dr. Raj prakash in Velachery after reading his practo reviews. Luckily there was hardly any wait when I visited the clinic on a Monday evening at the appointed time. The doctor was quite friendly and quickly diagnosed the issue and patiently heard all my doubts concerns and queries. *** ********** ********* ****** **** * ****** The consultation fee was nominal and the medicines were available both in the same clinic and also outside. Within 2 day doses i was almost healed and its abt 4 days since I've been taking the antibiotics course now and I am glad and grateful to say I am completely healed. Thanks a lot doctor. I would surely recommend him anyday.

Factors that impressed me:

1. Doctor was very punctual as he visited the clinic sharp 6:30 PM.

2. Doctor friendliness and the urge to solve our problems and give confidence that it will be resolved and nothing much to worry. There itself we get 50% treated.

3. This is the very first ENT clinic that I saw have LIVE video of our inner ear. This was interesting factor.Most clinic doctor will put torch and see himself and we never see whats inside our ear. Here doctor showed our ear us.

4. Medication was explained in simple terms and nothing complex medication.

I would bookmark this clinic for any future ENT problems.

Doctor is ready to listen the issues. He got electronic camera and TV aided endoscopic equipment to inspect sinus and ear cavities. Even sometime back when I visited Apollo OMR, the doctor was struggling to arrange the equipment and after lot of wait such equipment arrived but the quality of image was poor. Here the video image quality is too good and you can also watch it on the TV giving better understanding of the situation. Other clinics I visited in nearby areas don't have the endoscopic equipment to have quick diagnostics.

Doctor was interactive and prescribed the medicine. Currently undergoing the treatment.

He listens to your problems patiently, I was suffering from severe nasal block for more than 6 months have visited different ent doctors for this problem and it's of no use, Get to know about him via practo and I had been there for check up. He prescribed a nasal spray for it and the nasal block gone away within 3 days of usage.

Really a great doctor. Please avoid the negative feedback. I was having tonsillitis problem and Dr. Checked from camera. And within a minute he found the root cause and given me some medicines. I followed the Dr. Guideline and I am fine now. I will give 5 out of 5 to Dr. Raj !!!

The doctor was kind and very instant in identifying my problem and he did guide me about all the further process like I had to take injections since it couldn't be cured with tablets. He told me how to approach any nearby hospital and get it done instead of getting hospitalised. The check up gave me a clear insight of my health . Thanks doctor. Looking forward to get completely cured and revisit the clinic.

Dr Raj Prakash is a very considerate, kind & very approachable doctor. He is service minded & very patient with his patients. He takes keen interest in the medical history of his patients & puts the patients at ease.His diagnosis & treatment are very effective.

Very positive experience. The doctor was patient enough to listen our problems and explain the issue in detail. My case takes bit more time to recover as it is allergy related, so I can’t comment on treatment effect, but I strongly believe it will be cured. Very nice experience.

Doctor Raj Prakash was very kind. I have been visiting him for the past 2 years, whenever I have issues with nose or ears. My 3yr old son had ear pain and we panicked, He explained why it happened and made us understand how to avoid it. I would greatly recommend him.
