We have been consulting Dr Radhalakshmi for the past 2 years. She is never in a hurry, takes ample time to check my child and explains everything in detail. My daughter cries a lot when placed in a hospital environment. But, the Doctor remains patient and tries to assuage her with lolly pops and lovely talks. I went twice for vaccination and once for fever n cough for my kid. The receptionist was so rude and makes faces if u ask for anything (feeding room in my case) they follow first come serve, there is no point in taking prior appointment and the doctor is in a hurry to send u out that she never listened fully. Treatment was good but experience was really bad
