Blood in stool

I am a person who takes acitrome tablet every day after my aortic valve transplantation surgery. I am in Bangalore now and weather over here is very cold and dry. I had to stop acitrome for 2 days because of nasal bleeding. I thought it was because of the dry weather. Nasal bleeding stopped within one day. But today morning there was a substantial amount of blood along with stool. Went to toilet three times as of now and blood has been coming. Not profusely bleeding but there is dark, clotted blood along with the stool. What might be the reason for this ?

He prescribed certain Meds and procedures but kept telling me constantly that something was not right as my pain didn't seem like "normal gas aches or pains"
I was admitted in the Mehta hospitals ER 2 days later as my pain was unbearable. I thought I was having a heart attack. I remember it was Tamil New Year's Day and yet, Dr. came in the evening to have a look and see what went wrong. He had already diagnosed the issue over the phone when the duty doctors called after I was admitted.

Long story short, I had a gall bladder surgery preceding an ERCP under the able hands of Dr. Mohammed Ali from billroth ( referred and rigorously followed through by Dr. Kamalakannan ) and today I had my stent removed successfully.
Thank you doc for saving my life and instilling faith in us every step of the way. Dr. Kamalakannan is highly recommended by me for any gastro issue. He has immense experience and is very precise with his diagnosis. Thumbs up and cheers!

He advised me to get it repaired when i was fit to undergo the procedure. I planned to have it in Kumaran Hospital on the 4th of June. I had a smooth pre-operational protocal from 12 noon on that day. Dr. R. Kamalakannan performed the open surgery between 8.30 pm and 10 pm. It was a friendly surgical team. My COPD posed some challenges to the anaesthetist. He handled them deftly. Dr. R.K. performed the procedure efficiently as I could sense it since the anaesthesia was only local.
The post-operative care was very satisfactory. The recovery was good. 3 weeks after the surgery now, i am quite normal. Dr. R.K.'s professional approach is not only objective but also patient- friendly.
