Dr. Padma Priya

I had accidentally rubbed my eyes vigorously causing the layer on the black part of the eye to rupture. The pain was so bad, I could hardly open the eye. The doctor was detailed in her diagnosis and clearly explained the treatment process to me. She placed a contact lens on the eye to protect the ruptured part from attracting dust and casuing an secondary infection. She also prescribed eye drops and antibiotics to help with the recovery. As the contract lens had to be replaced every 12hrs, the opoptometrist, had to come early in the morning ( outside of the clinic hours) to replace the old one with a new one. This amount of placing the patients needs before everything else really had amazed at those service mindset.

In addition to the above the clinic itself was well maintained and clean, it had a separate air- conditioned waiting area. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Their service oriented mindset was clear from the way they address the patients with respect to their patient handling of kids and seniors. This is definitely a clinic where patient and their needs are prioritized and addresses accordingly.

I was very hesitant to go to a big hospital slike Dr. Agarwals thinking of the extended wait times and a big laundry list of test to be performed. I am so glad I made the right choice and went to Rithika Nethralaya Eye Clinic.

Everything about the clinic was good. Proper eye checkup giving attention to every detail. Good explanation by the doctor for questions related to eye. The receptionist approach to the patient is highly appreciated. Maybe the clinic would need some more space to accommodate more patients. One small suggestion is to have a lift which would be helpful for elders. Overall nice experience.

Doctor is very helpful and diagnosed the problem in the right way. *** **** * **** ********* ** ***** But the receptionist gave a wrong advise about the prescription. So we should consult the doctor directly in case of any queries. Otherwise our experience with the doctor is good.

Treatment at this clinic was great. I was nervous having the treatment, never had any eye issues before but Dr. Padma Priya was very professional and courteous and made me feel at ease and informed throughout the whole process. Thank you!
