Dr. Lakshmi Prashanth received her MBBS from Madurai Medical college in 2008 and MD degree from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi in 2012 with several distinctions. She is a passionate practitioner of general pediatrics . Her interests are in pediatric office practice, diagnostics, immunization, child nutrition and adolescent health. She has to her credit, several presentations at both national and international symposia. She also has a keen interest in pediatric critical care and played a key role in spearheading the delivery of international standards of care to critically ill children following cardiothoracic surgeries and interventions at a leading hospital in Chennai. She is goal oriented, disciplined and affable and strongly believes in a friendly, holistic approach to pediatric health care.
