My learning after having counselling sessions with Fnx Fitness Studio: The only one who inhibits my potential/growth or satisfaction is myself and the only one who can rectify it(them) is again myself.
Dr. Simhan's sessions have enabled me to rationalize and associate my (past) events with my thoughts, feelings, behaviour or actions clearly to make a better understanding of myself.
I really thank him very much for providing me good support in my life.
In short words, the multiple sessions I have with Mr. Lakshmi Narasimhan are simply superb: It actually makes me to realize who I am.

Mr. Lakshmi Narasimhan helped me to identify my potentials and feel worthy of the same. The best part is, he never said 'this is your strength'.Rather,He made me understand and identify it myself! Previously, I used to think only of ways I could fail and used to feel a lot bad of myself. But now, I look at the positive side of everything and it's magical! Mr. Lakshmi Narasimhan was very friendly and spent a lot if time with both my son and me to understand the cause of the problem. He suggested simple exercises to improve concentration and small changes in the methodology of study. My son felt at ease when interacting with him.
