I know Nisha from 2010.. we lost contact due to change in our workplaces & busy lives.. we got back in touch in early 2021.. when I came to know that Nisha is a psychologist now, I knew that she is the right person to get me out of stress.. in my case, personal stress was more than work induced stress.. I reached a dangerous point where I could no longer handle stress.. my health & my behavior towards my kid was getting affected.. I attended 2 sessions with Nisha & told her about the reasons for my stress.. she listened patiently & told me techniques to relieve myself from stress.. my biggest motivation came when Nisha told me that I am a strong person . Key take away from Nisha's session is I give importance to my wellbeing & my kid now. Now I don't care about what thoughtless people think about me .. I have started to be more assertive now.. as Nisha said our children's attitude depends on how we are as a person.. so I have become more mindful of my words and actions.. thank you very much Nisha.. love you 💚
I approached Joe Nisha mam for my personal issue. I had two sessions after which I realised I should have taken her session much earlier so that I could have come out of my issue way back. She is so so humble and a down to earth person. She listens to our issue with full patience and she has lots of insights about our problems. She will share all of those with us and make us feel light after talking to her . She is a motivational person, how much ever the problem is big , her solutions to it will be very simple to follow on daily basis and see betterment in ourselves in a short span . I did followed her techniques religiously and I am now confident to say that I am half way in the journey of bringing my mind from all the disturbances I had and I am sure that I will be completely out of it very soon. She is s person who gives lots of positivity. She will be there not just for the sessions , she will do follow ups to see how we are feeling after talking to her.
