We are deeply grateful to share that we were blessed with a baby girl in the 8th month of pregnancy. As our little one had to be admitted to the NICU, it was an anxious and emotional time for us. During this period, Dr. M. Vaideeswaran Sir provided exceptional care and attention. He monitored our babys condition closely with great dedication and compassion. His polite, reassuring manner gave us immense comfort and confidence. Thanks to his expert care, our baby is now healthy and doing well. We are truly thankful to him for his kindness, patience, and professionalism.

Our heartfelt thanks also go to Dr. Devi Mam. When my wife experienced severe stomach pain, Dr. Devi Mam immediately made the right decision and rushed to the hospital without delay, even though she was at home at the time. Her timely intervention and surgical expertise saved our babys life. Her calm and caring approach throughout the process deeply touched us and gave us great reassurance.

We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to all the nursing sisters who took wonderful care of our baby in the NICU. Their gentle care and constant attention made a huge difference during those difficult days. In particular, we would like to extend special thanks to Sister Kowsalya for her kindness, patience, and polite nature. She was truly exceptional in the way she cared for our little one.

Although the hospital expenses were on the higher side, the quality of treatment and care we received were truly exceptional.

Once again, our heartfelt thanks to Dr. M. Vaideeswaran Sir, Dr. Devi Mam and Sister Kowsalya for their outstanding care and support. We will always remain grateful to them.

Dr. Vaideeswaran cared for our baby with skill and kindness, patiently answering our questions and explaining everything clearly—truly grateful.

On December &, 2022, we faced a critical situation when our one of the princesses had a low CPR value as advised by Dr. Keerthana Aswin. We immediately got admitted to Dr. Kamakshi Memorial Hospital and were blessed with the delivery of two little princesses, which was unexpected. We were both extremely happy. However, one of the babies was very premature and weighed only 675 grams. That's when Dr. Vaideeswaran entered the picture and called me to discuss the baby's health. For the first time in my life, I visited the NICU, dressed in full protective gear including a head cap, apron, and mask. Dr. Vaideeswaran welcomed me and explained that the baby's birth weight was extremely low and the survival rate was very low. He was polite and humble in expressing the baby's health condition and the treatment required, as well as the time the baby would need to stay in the hospital and what the parents could do. I listened to him, but I was focused on the baby's movements and reactions, speaking to her in my mind, "Hey princess, you are so gorgeous and I love you. Doctor is saying something about you, go through all the process and bear the pain with self-confidence." I don't know how to express the feeling, but the most precious word I heard from Dr. Vaideeswaran was "be patient."

After four days of delivery, the mother wanted to see the little one, so we both visited the NICU together. Upon seeing the baby, she was scattered and worried, saying, "She is so skinny, I can see her bones." She asked if the baby would survive and come back to us. I reassured her that we would soon go home with both babies. It took exactly 58 days, but the baby was finally discharged from the NICU and the mother started feeding her. The person I wanted to acknowledge is Dr. Vaideeswaran. The way he handled the baby from day one to day 58 was outstanding. He kept us updated on the baby's treatment and progress every time we visited.

Amidst numerous challenges, our baby encountered a major respiratory issue and stomach problem. We were deeply concerned but Dr. Vaideeswaran's positive advice and explanation of the treatment process kept us calm. We are overjoyed to see our baby gaining weight each day despite these obstacles. Without the guidance and support of Dr. Vaideeswaran, our family would not be complete

My deep gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional care and attention my newborn received from Dr.Vaideeswaran, a talented neonatal physician at Dr.Kamakshi Memorial Hospital, Pallikaranai, Chennai.

Hi! This is Priyavarshini Jagannathan from Chennai. I would like to say that if today my baby is strong and alive, it is because of Dr.Vaideeswaran and team, Dr.Vidya Chaya and team only! I went for a check up on Jan 3rd to Dr.KMH, but due to my rising BP, I had to get admitted and they had to do an emergency C-Section to get my baby out safely. I was very worried that my baby would be born prematurely and how it would survive the reality! But the only answer to all of my doubts and questions was "Dr.VAIDEESWARAN". He is the savior to my baby survivor! I delivered a baby girl on Jan 3rd at 10.12pm. She was born at 872 grams only! How scary, right? Even before I could see my baby, they had taken the baby to the NICU to give my baby the utmost care!!!! I was very much worried that how will my baby be taken care of, if they would take proper care and how will they ever bring my baby to me. But Dr.Vaideeswaran had my baby with the maximum care in the NICU for 47 days, but it felt like just 15 days! The way he observes the baby, and treated my baby was very very superb. Cleanliness, neatness, and down to the reality is the best about him. He never gives false hopes. He always tells us what is possible and what we can truly expect,

Also, the team of the well-trained nurses who took a very good care of my baby in the NICU is very commendable.

He is by far the only doctor that I know who took 10000000000000% effort in making the baby get ready for the World's "Survival of the fittest", all healthily!

He made sure my baby progressed slowly and steadily and did not force anything on the baby by rushing things up!

He knows what he is doing and if he says something, you can always be super-confident about it, because he always gives a very detailed explanation of the issue and what he is going to do to treat it and how the problem is going to be solved and also, what should be done for the "after-care"!

He made sure that the NICU is very well-kept and all his team members do their best to keep watching the baby, round the clock, so that it is ensured that the baby is alright, all the time!!! *SUPER HAPPY*

My baby got discharged from the hospital on Feb 19th, at 1.4kgs and on that day, he celebrated us going back home with the baby, by cutting a cake, with the team!

It literally felt like being at home, even though being at the hospital, it literally felt like family!

Today my baby is 2-months old, all healthy (by God's Grace) *touchwood* , without any physical or mental ailments until now, since birth, and my whole family and I would like to thank Dr.Vaideeswaran in very huge bunches for that!

If you are ever worrying about if your baby will be or has been delivered prematurely, there are no-doubts but to choose him without second thoughts!

Our baby was admitted to the NICU at Dr. Kamakshi Memorial Hospital, Pallikaranai, with a birth weight of just 1.266 kg.

From the start, our baby was placed under close observation with round-the-clock support from experienced neonatologists, nurses, and support staff

They monitored every aspect of our baby’s growth and health, ensuring that milestones like weight gain, temperature regulation, and feeding ability were achieved safely before planning for discharge. They also prepared us for what to expect after discharge, including follow-up care and home monitoring.

We are especially thankful to Dr.Vaideeswaran and the entire NICU team.

Our baby was suffering from Congenital Diaphragmatic hernia disease from pre natal stage (6month) and experts said baby need to go through operation within 48hours after baby's birth and we have no clue at that moment. Our gynecologist Dr.Devi suggested Dr. VAIDEESWARAN sir pediatrician and Dr.MOORTHY sir paedratic surgeon for this critical operations to save our child post delivery.

We met them and believed on their experiences in handling such critical cases in past and we are surprised on how they took care of our baby from Day1 in NICU with utmost care, also Dr. VAIDEESWARAN explained us everything in detailed and he used to give counseling to us everyday about baby's health conditions and the medical procedures they are implementing to improve our baby from hernia.

After 3days from my baby born day she gone through major CDH operation at Dr. KAMAKSHI MEMORIAL HOSPITAL , Post surgery Dr. VAIDEESWARAN sir is the one who played vital role on stabilizing my child and his efforts was remarkable.

We never expect that we will be getting our baby in hand after week of time post operation. No words to explain when our little baby was handover to us , We are thankful to Dr VAIDEESWARAN sir and Entire team who all put their efforts to save our child 🙏

My baby was born at 1100 grams at 28 weeks Dr. Vaitheeshwaran received the baby from Gynecologist and moved the baby to NICU. From the day one he took utmost care and informed us about the treatments, there was lot of challenges during the course baby was in CPAP ventilator support for 17 days and O2 support for another 11 days. He was not accepting feed for almost 20 days and even after that they stopped feed due to stomach distinction but doctor kept on trying and finally after 35 days he accepted feed. After 35 days baby has got infection and hemoglobin level has dropped so he transfused blood twice. So through out the journey there was lot of struggle but doctor gave us the confident and required support. Finally after 52 days baby was moved to pediatric ward and we stayed with the baby for next 6 days to monitor his activity. After 58 days in hospital by god's grace and doctor support we finally came home with a baby. Thanks a lot to Dr. Vaitheeshwaran and his team of doctors and nurses. He has an amazing team of Doctors Suchitra mam and Rosy mam were also very helpful & supportive most of the times we will be down and lost confident but their support and encouraging words helped us to stay positive all the time.

My wife was delivered a Baby boy during 26th Weeks of pregnancy due to fluid leakage and Baby was immediately admitted into NICU ward due to low birth weight - 840 gms and lost about 120 gms for initial 3-4 days.

First 2-3 weeks were very crucial and critical as the baby was not able to take the feed properly and also frequent tests were conducted almost every alternate day to see the baby progress and any other complications formed in Baby body.

Baby had to undergo treatment under guidance of Dr Vaideeswaran sir for 63 days along with other on-duty doctors who took utmost care of my baby very well.

All Doctors & NICU Sisters are very politely clarified all our doubts about baby growth & development on daily basis and we got confident only after 4th week of treatment.

Finally, I would like to say BIG Thank you to Dr. Vaideeswaran sir along with Dr. Vivek sir, Dr. Suchithra mam, Dr. Rosy mam, Dr Aruna mam for the entire treatment, and loving support from all NICU Sisters (Starting from Durga, Mageswari, Miriyam, Kousalya, Sujitha, Anitha, Karthiga, Eswari, Shanthi, Bhavani, Sangeetha, Layasree, Vanamathi, Vaishnavi), and we continuously remember you all in our prayers. My baby was born at 32nd week itself due to some problems, and my baby was under observation in NICU and was taken care by Dr.Vaidheeswaran and his team (Other doctors and NICU Nurses). Since my baby is pre term and he has some problems like breathing issue, jaundice and feeding issues. Everyone in NICU team had taken care of my baby and investigated him properly then gave him the right treatment to get cured within 10 days. Also everyone in NICU team gave some trainings to my wife to take care of baby like feeding, handling baby etc., myself and my wife are new parent and we had so many doubts so we used to clear doubts with NICU team and nurses in NICU are responding well and clarifying our doubts at 24x7. I'm thankful to everyone in NICU team for providing proper treatment without wasting my time and money. Now I'm back to work in different city leaving my wife and baby in case of emergency NICU team is available 24hrs to help us. Thanks a lot
