The experience was very frustrating due to poor communication and rude behavior from the hospital staff. Despite the doctor having a good reputation, there was no clear information about delays and I was made to wait over an hour without any proper explanation or assistance. Overall, the visit was disappointing and lacked the respectful and attentive care I expected.
