I am not sure about my first visit with Dr. Sivabackiya C. I can't really say much about the consultation as I felt incomplete during the session and couldn't fully explain myself. I gave a rating of three so far.

Despite the doctor having a good reputation, there was no clear information about delays and I was made to wait over an hour without any proper explanation or assistance. Overall, the visit was disappointing and lacked the respectful and attentive care I expected.
