My baby was a preterm baby and was advised for ROP screening after 21 days. Initially we went to a famous eye hospital in Chennai and after several follow ups they advised me that the baby needs to undergo a Laser treatment. We were completely worried as the baby was just 45 days old. Then we came to know about the RK eye centre and Dr. Naveen who is well known for ROP screening for premature babies. He examined our baby's eye and explained so well patiently in detail about ROP and asked us to come for few reviews. He gave us confidence and told us laser might not be required as it is a preterm baby and can wait till the complete growth. Finally when we went for final review and he confirmed that there was no need for a laser and the ROP has cleared. Only then we were completely relaxed. He asked us to come after 2 months for a general eye check up. Now we went for a review and all were perfect with the Baby's eye. If we would have gone for a laser as per the initial hospital's instruction , baby's eye would have been spoiled. I would strongly recommend Dr. Naveen to friends and family members.Excellent Doctor, patient and very clear in his way of prescribing and explaining.

Ihad done my cataract surgery for left eye in 2020 and the experience of smooth surgery and excellent care promoted me to go for my right eye also recently. My experience is very special . They have experienced well trained staff who are also patient friendly and take very good care and individual attention. Naveen Sir is very friendly and optimistic in nature. He treated my son for his Retinopathy of Prematurity. He always makes quick and prompt decisions to avoid any complications. R. K eye centre is the best place to get your eye treated in a comfortable way and also in an affordable cost. You have in patient rooms so that even if you come from long distance you can stay well and get your things done.I strongly recommend him for others as he is not only knowledgeable but also easy to approach. A totally professional approach with special attention to patients requirements. Detailed explanation of the condition and treatment process is given to all patients with patience and understanding. Fantastic facilities with a separate room for infants. My baby was looked after with a warm and kind attention from all nurses. The stress on clean and sterile environment is commendable. The ETHICAL approach from the doctor is beyond compare. I state this because I have had previous experience with another highly qualified individual in this field. It is best not to mention the ordeal. RK EYE CENTRE is the ideal place for any patient wanting the best for eye treatment.

This was my second cataract surgery experience for me after the first one in 2017 in one eye. The expertise of Dr. Naveen is absolutely apparent by the ease with which he approached the surgery and the immense confidence that he gave to me. For the the past more than 10 years I have been consulting the doctor and every time my experience has been quite pleasant. Expertise, care and use of the latest medical technology are the stand out aspects of R K Eye Centre. The support staff really need compliments for their kindness and care. Dr Naveen is a real opthalmologist I would say...my 4year boy suffering from eye pain and itching for which we took him to many eye Doctors ..but none of the doctors could diagnose he is having dry eyes..but Dr Naveen is **** * **** ************* *** smart in diagnosing my kid problem.He is very patient in listening to patient stories and after he checked my boys eyes he said his eyes are very much dry and he advised us to give much fluids and not to panic and to come for review after 6months only. RK eye centre hospital environment is very calm and clean.i can strongly recommend Dr.Naveen for all eye related problems.

Happy with Doctor's treatment, but however without our concern and acknowledgement they have taken measurements for lens and was charged Rs.2k for the same. Which ought be taken only when we confirm for the medical procedure, felt like secret charge forced on patients without their insight. Its absolutely lack of regard of the staff either they should have asked our permission or informed us, which they didn't do. Request management's intervention to look into such issues so it doesn't spoil the reputation of the Hospital. Ofcourse we paid the bill without any argument but totally disappointed with the charging.

I really thank God for helping me to choose the right place R K Eye center for my cataract problem.

I took my 7 months old baby for general eye check up to RK eye hospital. They have taken the word ‘hospitality’ very seriously and sincerely that my baby was taken care of very well in the 1 hour that we spent there. They quickly registered us for the check up and immediately sent us upstairs to one of their recovery rooms where the baby was dilated thrice in few minutes interval in between. It was so helpful that they allowed a waiting room for us as I could feed and change my baby without any fuss and hassle and my baby was completely relaxed. The doctor and the support stuff are very friendly and I highly recommend this hospital. Very happy and satisfied with the whole experience!

First off Dr. Naveen was very approachable and put us at ease. He explained the issue clearly and also the options available for the lens. All our questions were answered patiently. The surgeries for both eyes went off smoothly and our overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommend RK eye centre for any issues related to eyes. The hospital is very clean ,not overly crowded and staffed by very pleasant well behaved ,courteous people. In short we had excellant service! Thanks to Dr. Naveen for making it a smooth and happy experience...highly recommend him to anyone looking for safe and successful treatment for your eye issues!
