I had visited her for anxiety and CPTSD counselling. She told me to have long baths *** *** **** **** ***** **** ******* * * th last time she actually did CBT /DBT sessions is for her PG thesis.
I told her I had taken therapy previously but I wanted to have someone face to face.

She also keeps changing the medication *** **** ******* ** ************* and I have a hard time adjusting to them. *** **** ***** ******** *** ********** ** * ************* I would prefer someone to understand my situation and help me in a friendly manner, also keeping it professional.
