It’s been 5+ years now since my first child was born we have met this doctor.. irrespective of minor or major health issues, we are given the best care and attention. As a parent we have gone worried badly many times where doctor treated the phsycological tension of parents and cured the health issues of kid smoothly.. he has given his full support at odd times and holidays too.. he is always reachable and approachable... my kudos and applauses👏👏👏👏to dr rajesh

Doctor is friendly and easy going...he explained the reason for sickness, twice he explains clearly of why such medicines are given and in future how to avoid such kind of illness... doctors prescription is in advanced level(in print out) which explains not only the medicines to be taken but also the food to be taken, doctors fee everything in a single printout.. Clinic is neat and good...Attenders and Doctors treats everyone with a good approach and explain everything with a pleasant simple...I'm really satisfied.

We have been consulting Doctor Rajesh from 2013 onward. Since we are happy with his treatments, I wish to write up a review for him.

He analyses root causes and cured challenging issues by giving simple medicines (and few changes in food habits).

He is very friendly and takes time to explains about the issues and treatments to us.

He spent quality time to listen to the health issues of my child which most of the doctors doesn't do. He was very patient and thoughtful. I could say he was very ************* *** ** expert as a pediatrician. He didn't order unnecessary tests and didn't prescribe unnecessary medications. Although the wait time was very high,it was worth the wait. Thank you doctor

Its my Blunder mistake to book this doctor even after bad 1st experience.

** ** ****** **** *** ****** ******** I shall explain the situation happened today,

1. Appointment was booked for 10.40 AM on 14th April 2018

2. We reached the clinic by 10.35 AM on 14th April 2018

3. Clinic was open but there was not even a single person to attend or guide.

4. I tried calling doctor multiple times in the number provided and there was no response

5. We waited till 11.15 AM and the receptionist came and after i asked her and the conversation was as below

Me: When will the doctor be available

Receptionist: Doctor will come by 11 AM

Me: It's already 11.15 AM and the doctor is not available, also if he comes by 11AM usually why does he keep appointment at 10.40AM

Receptionist: I am not sure about those information, once doctor is here ask him

ME: Can you please check with doctor about his availability

Receptionist: Ok sir. (she called him and spoke to him. He picked the call now since its from his staff). She informed that doctor said he will come he is in Church and will finish prayer and come.

After this above conversation and reply i got irritated and moved out of hospital to check with come other doctor.

Since i had called to doctor multiple times he gave me a call back later by 11.40 AM and the conversation is as follows,

Me: Sir i had booked an appointment with you at 10.40 AM

Doctor: Yes i will be coming you wait (its already 11.40 AM and he has not yet arrived)

Me: Sir i booked an appointment an hour ago and still you are not available.

Doctor: It's sunday, also tamil new year, also i am Christian and need to go Church so will be late only

Me: If that is the situation why did you open appointment for morning, you could have completed you work and put appointment right

Doctor: I have opened appointment, if you want you wait or you can move on i dont care. (such an irritating reply from him)

This is how he responded my call. If this is the way he responds how will he give an care for children who are brought there for checkup. Highly recommend the doctor. He follows ********** ********* ********** *** also patiently explains the parents on the cause and approach for medication proposed.

Extremely friendly and doesn't follow the typical corporate approach for treatment. Very responsive even on follow ups.

Please be prepared for the wait time at the clinic as it is worth it.

Dr. Rajesh is a knowledgeable and sensible doctor who listens to the patient woes completely. He prescribes the least medicines for kids and doesnot create panic in parents. He also practises in Prashanth hospital in velachery which is an added advantage.

seems this clinic has changed the booking way..the problem is , booking are done by an app. and in car you book from an appthe timing you reach in, you see a long 10 people waiting in the queue.. now when they allowed me a booking from the app, why keep me waiting.. isn`t my time important !!now the problem I find. here is the front desk is bad, they don't know how to prioritize patient.

He is a good child doctor in velachery.. ********* ** **** **** *** ******* ** *** ***** ****** ****** Kids are so Fear while entering the room and started to crying And If emergency to contact the doctor He is giving more care to children health ... Thank you doctor

He is very friendly and the way he explains the issue. Makes you very confident that all is well.

He also doesn't give antibiotics or injections just like that. Only if needed he prescribes

His clinq interior is more children friendly and seen many kids enjoying watching the pictures
