Happy with: Doctor friendliness
Wat to say today my wife is surviving means he is the one of the reason. She struggled in bipolar after i visited him his treatment workout the way he behave to the patient is really amazing. Very good treatment very very very nice doctor 100 percent i recommend him.
I had a good experience with Dr. S.Arunkumar. He explained my issues well with a positive approach, which I appreciated. The appointment timings were convenient, and the clinic environment was fine for a first visit. I suggest considering fee concessions for senior citizens to improve accessibility.
I recommend Dr. S.Arunkumar for his care and professionalism.
I recommend Dr. S.Arunkumar. The experience was good overall.

We were looking to go to a Doctor for mental health since my husband was having some negative thoughts and it started to get bad. It went to a point were our daily was very difficult and he could not be happy and started to doubt everything and anything and would avoid talking to everyone but for immediate family. We did know that it all started with work stress since we changed places and move to a new job but we were desperate for a solution. Finally after reading the reviews here (the main point why we are giving a review now) we called and booked an appointment. I appreciate Mr.Prasanth who understood the concern and gave us an time slot when someone cancelled. Although i had strong confidence, my husband was doubtful in the beginning. Dr.Arun did listen to both my husband and me in the first visit and he prescribed some medication to bring down the anxiety. Although there was improvement in the first week, there were some lows :( But after the 2nd visit - where the Dr gave an exercise - he did improve a lot. Dr.Arun said that he would be back to normal in 2-3 weeks and that gave us a LOT of confidence. Its been more than a month now and he is doing good. He is still taking his medicine and doing the exercise Dr gave, but we are a lot more positive!!! i do STRONGLY believe he will be completely recovered and be more open even after the prescriptions gets done. The other very good thing was that Dr.Arun is open to communication if there are any questions over phone/whatsapp (i believe Skype as well ) when he has the time. I am not sure what we would have done if we have not decided to go to him and i wouldn't want to even think that way - we were not at a very good phase in our life. We were lucky to approach him first and i would recommend Dr.Arun for Mental Health. You dont know that you are suffering until you are at the end of your breaking point - due to the lack of awareness and i wish/pray for anyone who are where we were a couple of months back to be given an opportunity to meet a Dr like Dr.Arun so that we all can be on the road to recovery and live a blissful life! THANK YOU Dr! We sure appreciate your help, time and support.
Dr. S.Arunkumar understood me well in just one session. The clinic environment was good, and there was no wait time. Overall, I had a very positive experience.
Dr. S.Arunkumar's analysis of my problem was spot on. ** ********* *** ****** ** ** ***** ** ***** ******* which made me feel very comfortable during the phone consultation.

Visited For Anxiety And Depression
Hoped for better: Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueTreatment satisfaction
Had visited for my fear, anxiety and depression. The first session i remember was that I started narrating the incident of why I was depressed and those bad experiences were haunting me for many years. All I wanted is to explain and ask for a solution. He did not listen , he stopped me before finishing and he was very judgemental and said that I am imagining things and blamed me, which was so rude and it was not the right thing to do. Whatever I had narrated was truth *** * ***** **** *** ***** ***** He gave me the writing exercise which did help me but not to a larger extent. In short I should say the doctor interrupts the patient and doesn't listen. His advice and solutions never help people. A psychiatrist or any doctor is meant to be calm and listen to their patients. This rude behaviour will never take you to heights Mr Arun . Some patients want to speak out and want the doctor to listen them and I'm one of them , I expected the doctor to give the right solution instead of blaming me and give unwanted advice and being arrogant. Very bad experience.
