Dr. Anand Parthasarathy

Had my mother's cataract surgery done at Dr Anand P's clinic and it has been a very good experience right through - the diagnosis, counseling, the actual procedure and post operative follow ups and care.

Beyond the rich experience in his field and his expertise in eye care and surgery, we found Dr Anand very friendly, able to simplify the diagnosis for the lay-man and provide clarity on the treatment approach. He has this amazing ability to make the patient feel at ease and comfortable all through the surgical procedures and post operative care. He connects very well with his patients, indeed.

The clinics are very modern with the best equipment, squeaky clean and sanitized very well and easy to locate. His team is very competent and approachable for queries and clarifications at anytime. Would like to call out Mr Ramesh, specifically, as he has been very supportive, helpful and always responsive.

Overall, its been a very good experience for us - the quality of surgery and procedures, the expertise of the doctor, the competency of his team and the comfort levels for the patient under his care, deserve a rich mention.

I went to Dr. Anand Parthasarathy to learn more about LASIK procedure and other relevant information. He was friendly, approachable and patiently addressed my queries, explained options and suggested the appropriate next steps. For each option, i was given a full description of the procedure, the pre- and post- surgical activities etc.

Once the option was selected, he spent articulated what to expect, how long each activity would take and how the recovery would progress along with anticipated duration for the progress.

During the procedure, I was completely at ease as he was constantly explaining what was being done, what I would be seeing/feeling so that the procedure was completed without a hitch.

The post-op recovery phase support was crucial as it takes time for the changes to take into effect. He had scheduled frequent follow-up sessions and has monitored the progress of recovery. I am very happy with the outcome and the entire experience and would not hesitate to recommend him for Ophthalmic consultation and procedures.

I visited the Navalur branch and met Dr.Lipika Roy. She was very friendly and concerned as I had a Retinal Detachment. Within a very short duration after the initial diagnosis she referred me to Dr.Anand for further examination. She helped me prepare myself for a surgery ASAP. I went to the Sholinganallur branch for Tomography scan of my eye. Dr.Anand after confirming my retinal detachment/tear suggested options. Since it was an emergency he arranged for a Retinal Surgeon and the surgery was performed at Sushruth Eye Surgery Centre in Ashok Nagar. I take this oppurtunity to thank Dr.Lipika Roy, Dr.Anand, Dr.Sheetal and also the Clinic Staff especially Mrs.Kumari for co-ordinating my surgery preparation and thereafter the followup visits. I also thank the staff at both centers for their helping attitude and skill. I may have to undergo another cataract surgery and I'm planning to having at some point in the future at this center as I have 100% confidence in the Professional Service rendered here.
