Hoped for better: Wait time
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at the hospital. I arrived on time for a pre-booked appointment to consult with a doctor. Despite having a confirmed slot, I was forced to wait for over 1.5 hours and was ultimately unable to see the doctor at all.If a physician is unavailable, the staff should not accept appointments or should at least notify patients in advance. **** **** ** ************* ** * ****** ************** The situation caused me to a significant amount of time, ** **** ** *********** ******** *** ************** *** ******** ******** This was an i********* *********** *** disappointing experience.
The doctor explained everything clearly during the consultation. However, the wait time at the clinic was long due to many people waiting. Overall, my experience was good.
The doctor was good and I felt the consultation was fine, but the waiting time was very long—about three hours.
The doctor consultation was delayed by about two hours, which was inconvenient. However, I was able to complete the consultation and received medicine advice. Despite the wait, the consultation was completed as scheduled.
I had a good experience with Dr. A C Mani. He explained everything clearly during the consultation. The clinic was okay as well.
