Online appointment was not accepted

I booked 6:15 pm however that was not accepted and the doctor came aftet 7pm and i was queued at the number 10th. Booked appointment at 6:15 and completed check up at 9:15pm.

THE DOCTOR SHOULD VALUE OTHER'S TIME AS WELL IF SHE WANT OTHERS TO VALUE HER TIME!!!!

Also, i would like to give feedback on the experience i had with the staffs before meeting the doctor. Some were good however, the receptionist do not have the courtesy to ask the patient their title, she just illiterately add whatever she wants.

They are unapologitic about the time wait as well.

She is a good heart person and will explain things very clearly, but not giving value for others time.

I would not recommend the hospital because from our busy schedule we take out time and book and go but the management doesn't take care of it. The nurse behavior isn't good as well.
