He is a Consultant Psychologist, Life Coach and Psychotherapist, who has practised in hospital, clinical and corporate settings. His areas of expertise include marital and family therapy, executive coaching, relationship counselling, group interventions, individual therapy and counselling, career guidance, mindfulness, psychological profiling and a range of psychological assessments. Anoop is adept in relating with all age groups – children, adolescents, adults and the elderly and has experience working with individuals having mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, learning disabilities, developmental disorders, interpersonal conflicts, etc. Anoop values the uniqueness of individual experiences, and brings in authenticity while helping a person realize his/her real potential through a journey of self-awareness, existential freedom, and creative changes. He has keen interest in martial arts and Eastern meditative practices and has been actively involved in a variety of projects such as test construction, workshops and training programmes..
