Yaal Fertility & Women’s Centre — Kilpauk, is part of a network of doctor-led fertility and women’s health centres. The centre offers infertility evaluation for both partners, IVF, IUI, ICSI, frozen embryo transfer, ovulation induction, fertility preservation, gynaecology, laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery, antenatal care and high-risk pregnancy management.Yaal was founded by Dr. Rukkayal Fathima, M.B.B.S., M.S. (Obstetrics & Gynaecology), MRCOG (UK), who is Founder and Clinical Director. The clinical team includes consultants in reproductive medicine, high-risk obstetrics, advanced laparoscopic gynaecological surgery and fetal medicine.Our approachAssessment begins with a detailed history, examination and investigation of both partners to identify the factors contributing to difficulty in conceiving. Where evaluation indicates a reasonable prospect of natural conception, that route is discussed before assisted reproductive treatment is recommended. Where treatment is indicated, the protocol is selected for the individual patient rather than applied uniformly.Treatment options, alternatives, the sequence of steps involved and the expected cost are explained at consultation before treatment begins.
