Overall, a great experience at Root Canal Foundation. Dr Gopi Krishna was very empathetic to my late Sunday night messages when I was in pain with a severe gum infection. He saw me the first thing the next morning (he actually came in earlier than when his clinic starts seeing patients so that he could review my case). The clinic is very clean and has a warm ambience. Dr Gopi explained the issue to me very clearly and took his time to do the RCT so that my tooth could be saved. Every single time I went back to him, he and his staff were on hand to make me comfortable and make my treatment successful. This is my first RCT and I felt very little discomfort throughout the whole procedure.

Treatment during covid can be scary but it was all very well managed.

Gloves, face mask and hand sanitizer are placed at the entrance. Gloves are for those who are to be treated.

Seats have been alternatively blocked in the spirit of social distancing. Purses and other objects (cell phones) have to be placed in designated trays.

Once you are up for examination, an oral mouth wash is given as an antibacterial. Spitting is only permitted in designated cups owing to the existing situation.

Since the last time I have been to the place the doctor sent a copy of the x ray to my email which I liked.

My best experience for a dental treatment so far. I am so glad to have found this place. The doctors are extremely open and explains the issues in detail. The X-rays were also explained to me. The treatment was extremely comfortable and quick considering the complexity of the surgery I had to go through.

After my RCT, the crown fixing was done in a very non-invasive manner. A 3D print of my teeth quadrant was taken using some special equipment without using any mold.

I had to travel 24 kms for each visit and made a total of 5 visits! But it was all worth it. The safety protocols followed by the team is highly commendable and I felt at ease as soon as I entered their premise. Special thanks to the entire team for offering their services during the pandemic and lock-down situations.
