However one area of improvement is: the appointment booking person promises a time and assures very minimum wait time. But that is not the case since wait time is more. The agony is the receptionist/ attender is a different person and she is helpless in this regard

I fell off my bike on thursday evening and got a little injury on my thigh and I went to the doctor to get it checked out *** ** ****** ****** ********** ** and sent me away saying that it will go away on its own but till today I feel the same pain maybe if he sees me properly it would have been better
