I am so satisfied with this Doctor. She listens patiently and suggests tests only if it is needed. Her diagnostic ability is commendable. I feel so comfortable and I would refer this doctor to anyone who is in need of an excellent neurologist. My heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Preetha for giving me the right solution and an answer to my problems.

My experience with Dr. Preetha was good. She was available and explained everything clearly. I didn't have to wait long, and I would recommend her for neurological concerns. However, I felt the consultation fees were too high, which is why I gave a rating of four instead of five.

I met the doctor for only a minute, and the doctor was mostly silent during the consultation. There was no clear explanation or advice given, and the doctor said they would update me via WhatsApp later. The waiting time was minimal as I met the doctor directly, but overall the experience felt incomplete and not very communicative.

My consultation with Dr. Rajkumar was disappointing because of the long waiting times, which caused me a lot of inconvenience. I feel the clinic should respect patients' time and commitments better. Because of these delays, I do not plan to visit the doctor again.
