I weighed 95.2 kgs when I first consulted Ms Gomathy Gowthaman and opted for the 7 kgs weight reduction plan. She spent quality time understanding my weight issue/other medical treatment that I was undergoing before coming up with a very detailed diet plan.
The plan was scheduled from 10-11-2025 with a follow-up visit on 29-11-2025. I had a 4 day outstation travel where I could not properly adhere to the diet plan and the persistent rains due to the cyclone event prevented me from walking my minimum distance of 10 kms per day for 13 days between 10-11-2025 and 29-11-2025.
As a result, I had my follow-up visit rescheduled for 8-12-2025 so that I followed the recommended diet plan for the days I missed out to give a true picture of my effort and the effectiveness of the diet plan. When my weight was checked, I weighed 89.9 kgs which meant that I had lost more than 5 kgs in less than a month though I did not walk 10 kms everyday for half of the diet period.
The diet plan recommended was very easy to adapt to and it greatly helped to manage my appetite and hunger pangs. I was walking 10 kms everyday for more than a month before I consulted Ms Gomathy but because I had no control over my appetite/eating habits, I was overeating and lost less than 1 kg after all the hard work that I put in.
Physical exercise whether it is walking, jogging, swimming or going to the gym does not get you good/desired weight loss unless it is complemented with a regulated diet plan.
My overall interactions and experience with Ms Gomathy Gowthaman, her treatment (diet plan) and the results achieved have been excellent and losing 5 kgs in a month was way beyond my wildest imaginations/expectations.
But please remember that the diet plan and it's effectiveness is totally dependent on how sincere you are in following it. Also, every person, their physique and body metabolism is different so please don't expect overnight miracles or drastic weight reduction in a very short span of time.
Please adhere to the recommended diet plan to the best of your ability and you will definitely see good results. It need not be a 5 kgs reduction in the first month but even if you manage to lose 2-3 kgs, it will be a big morale booster and push you to achieve even better results in terms of weight reduction.

I was 111 kgs when I first met Dietician Gomathy Gowthaman mam.. Without any thoughts i had consulted her for weight loss, since my gynaecologist told to reduce 40kgs for PCOS problem.
Mam explained well about nutrition and balanced diet and gave diet charts consists of normal food we regularly have like fruits, vegetables and Spinach and she changes the diet on each review to see the progress.. And her liquid diet works wonder.. The admin keeps tracking for the next review/appointment, on each review weight will be checked and next diet plan will be provided accordingly.

I visited Nutritionist Gomathy Gowthaman on January 19,2026. From the very first consultation, she took time to fully understand my existing health condition, eating habits, sleep patterns, work schedule, and workout routine. Her approach was practical, personalized, and realistic.
She provided a structured diet plan from January 19 to February 2, which was easy to follow and closely aligned with our regular food habits. There were no drastic changes in eating habits

My 17yo consulted with Dr Gomathy. She followed her plan very strictly, has seen amazing results. The best part is she has not once felt fatigue or tiredness and the fat which was stubborn despite heavy workout and high protein consumption before is now melting away after she followed Dr Gomathy’s plan. Just go for it, BUT you will have to be extremely strict to follow her instructions to see results. That being said her plan is not extreme calorie deficit or anything like that, you still feel full and energetic but will lose weight. It’s not like those extreme dieting or calorie deficit diets that make you miserable. My teenage daughter has been able to stick successfully to it so you can too!

I have reduced around 10kg within a span of 3 month very comfortably only with Dr Gomathi madam's diet guidelines.
