I am a good proponent of taking care of my physical health, and I have experienced the benefits first hand: climbing trees like a child, lifting heavy loads and running faster than my peers who are the same age. But I noticed that I'm not spending my time as I intended too. I was distracted all the time and it worsened as I kept doomscrolling and postponing things. This mindfulness workshop will equip you with the paraphernalia required to tackle distraction and be more present. Give it a shot, you'll spend your time intentionally.

I have been to many psychiatrists and also psychologists. Either way I ended up taking pills that made me feel sleepy and i wasn't my best self. Also i wasn't explained about what i was actually undergoing, it's root cause or anything. I was simply asked to talk about my concerns and was given medication. But Dr. Charanya handled things differently. She analysed my concerns, spoke to me about the root cause and also gave me the confidence that I can recover and go back to my usual self with the ability to deal with my concerns. I have taken three sessions till date and so far it has been life changing. Thank you Dr. Charanya for helping me gain perspective and for all the support you have been giving me so far.

30 min is too less for the counseling. That also I got to know when 3 min left from doctor. It was mostly 1 sided communication. What doc told was few or less of lines ***** ** ******* ***** ******* ******* ** ********** ********** If doc charges are limited to time, then doc should plan it fairly. It was my first time. I don't know whether counseling can help people. I said , I am in the loop situation, doc said the same thing. I didn't get anything new which I can take as counseling suggestions.

I was looking for someone to help me accepting my situation and guiding me to come out of a virtual box that I was tied to. Dr. Charanya's clarity helped me understand that I can actually come to terms with things and become a better version of myself. Will follow her advice keenly. Glad I've found the right person. Doctor's explanation was very simple and relatable. Very patiently listened to every detail and evaluation is done very perfectly. CBT activities were designed individually and special attention is paid during followup days. I would recommend anyone having second thought to just give a consultation with mam and definitely you would give a feedback here just like I did.

the service was top class, Dr. Charanya was able to address my problems with her expertise in the subject matter with real-life examples. she was genuine and straight forward in her approach. the appointment for the session and the clinic was neatly managed. I would say the session with charanya was an eye opener for me as she modified my ways of approach to look at the problems. I would highly recommend others to have a session with charanya for any psychological issues. definitely 5 Star rating. I'm not sure the additional every 15 minutescharges are affordable to a lower middle class income people.

I met her on 31/8/22... I can say that was one of the best decision of my life.... I never imagined someone can treat their patient with same care from day 1 to day n... I was highly impressed with her followup. She really took care of me and my mental health... She made me feel like I'm her family. When it comes to mental health everyone need kindness, caring, the ONE WORD IM HERE FOR YOU she gave all that to me.. Now after my therapy I'm here sitting in a beach enjoying my solitude and life..
