I had bleeding, inflamed gums that was showing signs of receding. Was very scared and it was a big step for me to step in to a Dental clinic. From day one and till my treatment, Doctor explained all the options clearly and made me so comfortable to start the treatment.. At every stage through out many visits I gained confidence to undergo the surgery. On top of that I also have Gag reflex which was more scary for me. Doctor and team was extremely helpful and gave alternative solution and made this possible.. I am really thankful and grateful that I found my Dentist who helped me to heal and would recommend highly to everyone. Special Thanks to Dr. Madhu as well. I visited Dr. Shradha for my 7 yr old daughter’s dental issues. She had cavities and I was worried how the doctor would handle it given my daughter’s sensitivity to pain. However, starting from the staff at the clinic to the sittings with Dr. Shradha, the whole process put my child at ease. Even the so called intrusive and painful part was handled very gently by the Doctor. She explained the process well to my daughter and showed extreme patience and care. He demeanour made the three sittings a breeze.

I had a very pleasant experience in the hospital during my multiple visits. The staff were friendly and the hospital premises were neat and clean. Dr. Shraddha is very patient while explaining the treatment and providing you with options. She never once rushed me during the procedure. She always patiently listens to all my concerns, this will put anyone at ease especially when you are not someone comfortable with dental procedures. The overall atmosphere along with the hospitality shown by the staff members made the experience extremely comfortable for me.

The entire experience from start to finish was so smooth. The staff were very friendly and polite and accommodating. Dr Shradha is a dream dentist for anyone who dreads a visit to a dentist, she is so friendly and thorough in her approach. Thank you for the fabulous experience.
