These kind of feed backs are expected in these difficult situations.I am not the point of contact for explaining timings to every patient and for that you have to enquire in the reception. Since iam practicing based on staff availability and patients emergency situations I can't follow the regular timings during this pandemic.For all your appointments and other queries I request everyone to contact clinic reception.We do accept there is surge in consultation charges and procedure charges but we can't avoid this due to increase in maintenance costs we are facing at this juncture. You have to pay for this to avail the service and to protect yourself from contracting any infection.We are not forcing any one in this because our safety ,our staff safety and our patient safety is the utmost priority,we won't compromise on this and the cost incurred for this is inevitable .We too feel sorry for that.But I never avoid explaining the issues to my patient so I don't appreciate the muttering you did towards my patient care and you are nowhere near to educate me on this.Thank you.
