Patient will ask for any queries, that she has to reply with patience. I took my 1 year baby for skin allergy rashes. She has given some drops for that. So i asked there is no side effects r8. The way she replied is not acceptable, finally she said u should not ask this type of questions to doctors. I don't know what is wrong in that. Thats my baby i should have that caring and all, for feeding baby I should be very careful, thats it. But she has to reply that don't worry there is no side effect like that she has to answer. More over she has to encourage the patients.

Ms. Sujana, first of all you should understand that when you bring your child to us, we are more responsible for your child than you. No doctor will prescribe strong medicines for babies. If at all its needed to give such medicines, we will definitely discuss wherever necessary. Another thing that everyone should know is that all allopathic medicines may not have side effects and all the herbals /home care substances may not be safe to our body, eg: curd application in face may cause severe pimples, lemon application can cause cause erosions and scarring in sensitive skin, alovera and neem can cause severe irritant skin disease, turmeric may photosensitise your skin and so on.. And beware of commercially available products, so called “natural” may not be fully natural, may contain preservatives and additives which may not be suitable for all skin types.

Waited for more than 2 hours but not visited.. patients came after us given more importance and directly allowed inside saying they are in treatment procedure going..as I am first to come they are making us to wait for a very long time. Having a baby suffered a lot. I recommend don't visit this doctor if u r new patient. Let them care her old patients well.

First of all, we'd like to apologize to make you wait ( for 40 to 45 min, not as u mentioned as more than 2 hrs, please don' t give false information and misuse social medias). Another thing i want to make clear is that all patients are equally important to us and we are really here to help the needy We didn't intentionally made you wait, as one procedure was already happening and the other patient was also waiting for the same, we wanted to save the time as that was a busy day, disconnecting and resetting a Laser machine may take some 10 to 15 mins. Please try to understand from our side also..
