In my first session with her,

I forgot why I came to meet her and was laughing my heart out.

The kind of laughter which you get when you hang out with your childhood friends .

That’s the best way to meet somebody for the first time,

right ?!

Especially for someone who is walking in with a messed up mental health.

She is not only fun to talk with but she is one of the most genuine person I have ever met .

In fact the conversations were never one sided .

She shared about her own personal life and experiences openly,

making us feel comfortable in opening up about our deeply personal issues ,

as she creates a space where we feel very Safe, Secure and Non -judged .

On one hand she is like your friend,

and on the other end of the spectrum, she is like your Coach .

An unwavering Coach who provides you with meticulously crafted , passionately customised therapy for you ,

and is very particular about you attaining your therapy goals .

Don’t mistake her fun and kindness for weakness or leniency as she is strict when needed ,with our well being as her No.1 Primary intention .

She pushes you out of your comfort zone when necessary but does it in a way that it feels like you were not pushed but guided/ glided gently and very carefully in our own speed to rise above our self limiting beliefs

I guess it’s one of the mysterious ways that Universe acts ,putting the right person in your path.

I went to see Dr. Anju to seek help with general direction in life. I did not really know

what was going wrong and I didn't know how to ask for help. After our first session it

became clear to me that I had come to the right place. The doc has a unique ability to make

I am so glad that I met her because she sincerely listened to my problems and causes of my issues. After 6 months of therapy I am feeling so much better now. I am able to cope up with my anxiety, anger and mood swings thru the various techniques taught by her now I am very confident in what I do, I was able to understand myself thru the worksheets given hy her, I am able to work efficiently now. I visited Dr. Anju for my daughter Pari who is studying 7th Std.

The doctor is very friendly, understanding, very patient and to the point. My daughter was having difficulty in studies was scoring in single digits after her treatment sessions with Dr. Anju she is now scoring above 65% I am very very happy for that. My daughter was also having anxiety and very fearful for many things, she was also very shy and gets irritated. After the therapies given by doctor now my daughter has improved a lot.
