In my first session with her,

I forgot why I came to meet her and was laughing my heart out.

The kind of laughter which you get when you hang out with your childhood friends .

That’s the best way to meet somebody for the first time,

right ?!

Especially for someone who is walking in with a messed up mental health.

She is not only fun to talk with but she is one of the most genuine person I have ever met .

In fact the conversations were never one sided .

She shared about her own personal life and experiences openly,

making us feel comfortable in opening up about our deeply personal issues ,

as she creates a space where we feel very Safe, Secure and Non -judged .

On one hand she is like your friend,

and on the other end of the spectrum, she is like your Coach .

An unwavering Coach who provides you with meticulously crafted , passionately customised therapy for you ,

and is very particular about you attaining your therapy goals .

Don’t mistake her fun and kindness for weakness or leniency as she is strict when needed ,with our well being as her No.1 Primary intention .

She pushes you out of your comfort zone when necessary but does it in a way that it feels like you were not pushed but guided/ glided gently and very carefully in our own speed to rise above our self limiting beliefs

I was left clueless myself like a blind guy in a dark forest.

Within the first couple of sessions with Anju Mam,

I felt heard, Understood and it was such a relief.

I started seeing changes in myself which I haven’t seen for years .

It takes someone like Dr.Anju Soni , to crack that ,

with her impeccable knowledge about her field , i.e complicated science revolving around human psychology ,

supported by her true passion and intention to help others.

Funny story is I selected her name randomly on Practo ,mistaking Choolai for Choolaimedu , the place where I am staying.

I guess it’s one of the mysterious ways that Universe acts ,putting the right person in your path.

I met Dr. Anju Soni for family counselling and Lifestyle change. My family was going through a tough time and we were constantly dwelling and spiralling to negative overthinking. I visited Dr. Anju for my daughter Pari who is studying 7th Std.

The doctor is very friendly, understanding, very patient and to the point. My daughter was having difficulty in studies was scoring in single digits after her treatment sessions with Dr. Anju she is now scoring above 65% I am very very happy for that. My daughter was also having anxiety and very fearful for many things, she was also very shy and gets irritated. After the therapies given by doctor now my daughter has improved a lot.

Her clinic COOLWITS is very clean and has lot of positive vibes
