Basically, he treats all his patients with very polite, patient friendly, highly approachable, transparency, highly skilled professional, assured satisfaction etc. He thoroughly spent his time during in the dental practice and learnt medical science and technology very well.

I have been suffering from pain in lower molar wisdom tooth for 1 week. Hence I visited Gold dental care and Dr Lawrence gave me the exact issue outline and decision was made for wisdom tooth extraction. Dr shankar was performed the surgery. post surgery I had some discomfort with pus formation which was unexpected. So Everyone took full care inch by inch and cleared my problem. I really want to thank the Female doctor (Forgot her name) who addressed and took care everyday and she understood my prob and gave me enough support till I feel better.

Dr. Prem has been my implantologist since 2016, when he did my first dental implant. Recently, he treated me again with another implant and also addressed a fractured one. Iām deeply grateful for his exceptional care, patience, and friendly approach. Heās the only doctor who has ever managed my dental anxiety so well. Itās been a 10-year journey with him, and one of the reasons I felt confident moving back to India from the USA was knowing Dr. Prem would be readily available and approachable whenever I needed him.

Before i opt for implantation i had lots of doubts and fear about the procedure. Because previously i had bad experience with other dental clinics and it makes me to spend oftently but couldn't get the result. So i fedup and couldn't eat or talk properly which reduced my confident level too. Oneday randamly i watched youtube reel and came to know about Prem Alex sir on implantation treatment. So i contacted them and had an oppointment with sir. He explained the procedure very clearly and his speech gave a confident to start the procedure without any doubt. All the staffs are very polite and treated me very well. Now i can able to eat properly and talk with confident.Thank you alex sir.
