I had my first consultation with Dr. Sannidhya Varma in the year of 2022 when I was facing extreme physical and mental health symptoms and didn't know what was happening.

Dr. Sannidhya had a very friendly and comforting approach when I first visited him, he understood my case and history of my family health issues too. He made me understand I was suffering from Mixed Anxiety and Depressive Disorder from last 2 years and now it has become extreme. He suggested medicines and therapy which helped me to be aware of my mental and physical health issues and how I can overcome them.

I started feeling better after taking the medicines and therapy also had helped to introspect my myself. In between I missed taking my medicinces to 10 days and then I again consulted Dr. Sannidhya - he made me unsertand that it not healthy, the problem can arise back if I am going to dicontinue the medicinces. He always advised to do pranamyama, yoga and some phsical excercises to keep our body and mind active, this has been really helpful.

After consulting for 1 year - now I have understood how to take care of my mental health as well as my phsical health, so thank you so much!! :-)

Since July 13 ;2020 i m undergoing treatment of Insomnia. I was suffering from last 2 years. It worsened to the extent that i used to remain totaly sleepless for consectively 3 days. My eyes and face used to swallow severe headache and irritation was my fate. Then i contacted Dr. Sannidhaya and by his treatment i started sleeping 2 hours daily in the beginning and now after 3 months i m enjoying 5 hours sleep . God bless him . You may ask why i have preferred Dr. Sannidhaya. In 2016 i had mental Breakdown. I was very restless. I could neither sit nor on bed for more than 5 minutes. Just i wandered and wandered. Physicians referred family to go to some Psychiatrist.So as an emergency my family brought me to Health Hospital .Sec 34 then there Dr. Sannidhaya was working. By his deft and masterful diagnosis he started treatment and miracle happened that within a week i had significant imrovement and after 20 days i was quite normal. As per Dr.' S advise i followed 8 months treatment so that the ugly shadow of Mental Breakdown never happen in my life . Truely speaking Dr.Sannidhaya gave me a new life ... EK DUSRA JANAM .i m 67 years old and now living happily . May God bless Dr. Sannidhaya .
